Think Cool Thoughts

Remember when we thought the snow was never going to end?

We might be wishing we had a little bit of it back today, as temperatures once again near 100. Heat records were broken all across the state yesterday and today will be more of the same until a potentially strong thunderstorm moves through tonight.

All of Verona’s schools–both public and at Our Lady of the Lake–will be in session for only a half day today. Unfortunately, there’s a party at the Verona Pool in the afternoon, so the pool won’t open for the rest of us to cool off until 7 p.m. So we’ll reprise one of our favorite snow slide shows in hopes that it will cool you off.
