48 Brookside Terrace: 4 beds, 1 bath. Recently remodeled kitchen and deep yard. $379,000. Open 1 to 4 p.m.

80 Morningside Road: 3 beds, 2 baths.  Open kitchen, big deck. Price cut to $395,000. Open Sunday 2 to 4 p.m.

31 Kenwood Avenue: 3 beds (possible 4th), 1 1/2 baths, detached 2-car garage. $399,900. Open Sunday 1-4 p.m.

143 Morningside Road: 3 beds, 2 1/2 baths. New listing. New patio. Move-in ready, in and out. $579,000. Open Sunday 2 to 4 p.m.

28 Grove Avenue: 6 beds, 4 1/2 baths. $774,900. Expanded and remodeled in 2004. Open Sunday 1-5 p.m.

In addition to the new listings with open houses above, there’s also a new 2 -bed, 3-bath condo in the Claridge II complex.  The 9th floor unit has 3 walk-in closets and the asking price is $490,000. While 221 Fairview has had the biggest price cut of the past week, there are four other price adjustments including 119 Grove Avenue (cut to $329,000), 36  Westview Road (cut to $415,000), 169 Forest Avenue (cut to $425,900),  and 97 Hillside (cut to $589,000).

  2. Right now, there is nothing on any of the real estate sites we track for this weekend. Brokers have traditionally not scheduled open houses on Memorial Day weekend.
