Town Council Election Today

You’ve got from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. today to cast your ballot in one of the most important elections Verona has had in recent years. Three of the five seats on the Verona Town Council are up for grabs: One two-year term and two four-year term. It is important to keep this in mind as you go into the voting booth because you can’t just vote for your top three favorites from among the eight men running.

There are four candidates running for the two-year seat: Jim Robbins, Kevin Ryan, Gerard Tamburino and Bruce Williams.

The other four candidates are running for the two four-year spots: Rob Caruso, Dan McGinley, Michael Nochimson and Frank Sapienza.

Clicking on any of the names above will take you to that candidate’s profile page in the MyVeronaNJ Election Guide. We also have the candidates’ responses to two questions we posed on cost cutting and new services. We also have many videos taken at our election forum last week on our YouTube page.
