
With all the big cooking going on this week, we figured you might want a break with something simple. Ariane Duarte’s recipe for Roast Chicken with Spring Vegetables seems to fit the bill.
In the recipe, Duarte makes a pitch for buying vegetables from local farmers, which might not be a surprise since CulinAriane, the restaurant that she runs with her husband, Michael Duarte, is located just down the block from the Montclair Farmer’s Market. The market opens June 5.
