The H.B. Whitehorne SCA is holding a gathering tonight so that voters may meet Dawn DuBois, the lone candidate in this year’s school board election. The event will be held in the Verona High School Library beginning at 7 p.m., and if you want to submit a question for DuBois, you can do so here.

Steve Spardel, who was originally going to seek re-election to the board, decided to withdraw his candidacy last week. His name will still appear on the ballot, however, because it had already been sent for printing. The school board election and public vote on the school budget, will be held on Wednesday, April 27.
