The Verona Health Department is sponsoring a free vision screening on Wednesday, May 4, in cooperation with the Phillips Eye Institute. If you haven’t had an eye exam in the past year, you can get your eyes checked at this one. The screening includes visual acuity and glaucoma testing. You’ll need to get an appointment, which is why we’re bringing this to your attention so early. There will be screenings from 10 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. at the Verona Health Department, which is in the Community Center. Call 973-857-4800 for your appointment.
