Open Houses For March 20

Five single-family homes and one condo are open for your viewing pleasure this Sunday. The one-bed, one-bath condo at 365 Bloomfield Avenue is open from 1 to 5 p.m. The price is now $189,000, after a $10,000 cut in late February.

Then the homes, from lowest to highest priced. 23 Otsego Road is a three-bed, two-bath home located just around the corner from Laning Avenue elementary school. It is a new listing , priced at $389,000 and you can tour it from 1 to 4 p.m.

There’s another new listing at 8 Marion Road, and the asking price for the four-bed, two-bath cape is $399,000. It will be shown from 2 to 4 p.m.

More bedrooms and more bathrooms at 35 Grove Avenue–four bedroom and two full baths, plus two half baths. The asking price is $464,500 and it is open from 1 to 4 p.m.

On the other side of Verona is 40 Birdseye Glen. Priced at an even $500,000 after a late-February price cut, it has three-beds and two full baths, as well as a half bath. It will be open 2 to 4 p.m.

The top of the market this week is 18 Chestnut Road. It has four bedrooms and four full baths, with a half bath more for good measure. The price was recently lowered by $20,000 to $629,000 and you can see it from 2 to 4 p.m.
