Easter is still several weeks away, but you might want to get this on your calendar: The annual Bunny Brunch hosted by the Junior Women’s Club of Verona.
This year’s event is on Saturday, April 16 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the Verona High School cafeteria. Bagels, muffins, coffee, tea and juice will be served, and there will be crafts for the kids to do. Bring your camera and take a photo of your child with the Easter bunny.
There will also be tricky tray baskets to win and a 50/50 raffle. Proceeds will benefit the club’s Adopt-A-Family program, which provides hot meals, food, clothing, holiday gifts and other assistance to families in need.
