Called “A Home for All Seasons”, it will provide information on making a living environment safe throughout the years and efficient throughout the seasons. It will also introduce participants to the home maintenance and repair services available to seniors through LIVE. The workshop will be held at the Verona Community Center on Monday, January 31 at 1 p.m. Call 973-830-0096 for more information and to RSVP.

Through Verona LIVE, residents over the age of 60 can have JVS Home Maintenance Solutions provide free minor home repairs. Services are available on a one-time basis and may include installing grab bars, repairing railings, changing light bulbs, and safety checks. There is a charge for materials. Residents from communities outside of Verona may use the service for a fee. To make an appointment, call at 973 674-2415 x 296.
