Have you written a book or thought of writing a book? Do you have an outline but wonder if others think your idea is as good as you think it is? Well, your opportunity to present your idea is coming.

On Thursday, February 10 at 7 p.m. Pitchapalooza (in partnership with Watchung Booksellers in Montclair)  is coming to the Montclair Public Library. What is this event? Presenters, chosen at random, will have one minute to pitch their book idea to a panel of literary experts to receive feedback on concept, market, and viability of the project. One winner will be chosen to receive an introduction to a publisher or agent as fits his or her book concept. As an added bonus, anyone who buys the book, The Essential Guide to Getting Your Book Published, will receive a free consultation (a $100 value) from the “Book Doctors”, Arielle Eckstut and David Henry Sterry.

CORRECTION: The event is Thursday, February 10 at 7 p.m.
