Verona public schools have just made the call that they will be closed on Wednesday, January 12. Our Lady of the Lake School will be closed as well.

WEDNESDAY UPDATE: We got about 6 inches of snow, with top snowfalls at 12 inches elsewhere in the state. According to New Jersey’s 511 Traffic system, the major roads in our area are largely clear, though there are weather-related delays and accidents.   New Jersey Transit is running its regular weekday schedule, though it says there may be sporadic delays. It is cross-honoring tickets. Newark Airport is open.

So are New Jersey’s ski spots, so we’ll see you later!
