Only two open houses to look at on Sunday, January 9, but there’s one price cut and three new listings to consider among the four dozen homes for sale now in Verona.
From noon to 4 p.m., you can see a one-bed, one-bath condo at 29 Park Court. It is listed at $179,900. If you need something larger, there is an open house at 40 Birdseye Glen from 2 to 4 p.m. This house has three bedrooms and two and a half baths, and is listed at $525,000.
The Claridge House buildings do not allow open houses, but there’s a giant three-bed, three-bath condo you might want to take a virtual tour of. The price of apartment #6HW was cut by $15,000 to $510,000 on January 6.
The newest listings on the market include two one-bed, one-bath condos and the most expensive home in Verona. The condos are at 741 Bloomfield Avenue and 26 Wedgewood Drive. At the top of the market: 11 Fellswood Drive. For $1,295,000 you can buy a newly built mansion with five bedroom, six and a half bathrooms and 5,470 square feet of living space.
