The Essex County Environmental Center will hold a “Winter Yoga” class for adults on Friday mornings in January. The class, which is open to people at all levels, will focus on joint mobility and healing stillness. You can attend the whole series or just one class, and the cost is $10 per class. But you need to register in advance by calling 973-228-8776. “Winter Yoga” will be held on January 7, 14, 21 and 28 at 9:30 a.m. at the Environmental Center, which is located at 621B Eagle Rock Avenue in Roseland.
