Patti Walsh’s Favorite Holiday Song

Patti Walsh, who lives in the Forest Avenue section of town, is very particular about her holiday tunes. They must, and we repeat must, begin with the a cappella version of the “Twelve Days of Christmas” sung by Straight No Chaser. The original YouTube version, the one that got them the big recording contract.

We tend to agree, and not only because Patti gave us a great idea for a series that we;ll start working on next year. This video is just a lot of fun. Because SNC’s “Twelve Days of Christmas” has been viewed more than 11 million times on YouTube you’ll have to sit through a commercial, but it’s worth the wait.

Do you have a favorite holiday moment on YouTube? Let us know.
