Out Of The Cold, Into The Open Houses

58 Fairview Avenue

There are eight open houses happening in the world of Verona real estate today, including one at one of the most expensive homes in town.

Three of the homes open for viewing today are new to the market: 80 Morningside Road and 23 Forest Avenue in the Forest Avenue elementary school district; and 40 Grove Avenue, which would put the kids in F.N.Brown. If you’re into fixer-uppers, the house at 23 Forest is being sold “as is” for $289,999.

The other listings include a 1 bed, 1 bath condo in the Green Acres Drive complex; 24 Sunset Avenue near Brookdale Avenue school; 45 Grove Avenue, which is a deep corner lot near the center of town; 19 W. Lincoln, which has 5 bedrooms; and 58 Fairview Avenue, an enormous 6-bedroom home that is now just a bit over $1 million.
