38 Forest sold for $510,000

No one would mistake this year’s real estate market for 2006 or 2007. But it might surprise you to learn that, according to the real estate data site Trulia.com, 66 homes have been sold in Verona this year.

Trulia’s data, which includes both apartments and single-family houses, begins with the sale of a condo in the Claridge II complex for $260,000 in February. The most recent sale it has recorded was July 8, which means that the total for the year could go higher still.
