Victorian Christmas At Newark Museum

If the pace of the modern holiday season is proving too much, you can step back in time to 1891 to a Victorian Christmas at the Newark Museum’s annual exhibition at its John Ballantine House annex. The exhibit opened on Friday, November 26, and will run through January 2, 2011.  There are daily guided tours of the Ballantine mansion at 2 p.m., but you can visit the house without a tour.
