Mr. Cornelius J. Patrick, Sr., 75, died on Wednesday November 24, 2010 in Glen Ridge.

A funeral mass will be offered in Our Lady of the Lake Church, Verona on Saturday, November 27 at 10 a.m. Visiting was at the Prout Funeral Home, 370 Bloomfield Avenue, Verona on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m.

Mr. Patrick grew up in West Orange and moved to Verona 45 years ago. He was a carpenter in the West Essex area for many years.

Mr. Patrick is survived by his wife Beverley Eileen Patrick; his children, Annette Borst and her husband Bill, Neil Patrick, John Patrick, Sr. and his wife Rachael and a step-daughter Donna Gambi. He is also the brother of Mary Stawaiz, John L. Patrick and is the grandfather of Billy Borst, Daniel Borst, Seth Patrick and John Patrick, Jr.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Verona Rescue Squad, 12 Church Street, Verona 07044 would be appreciated.
