
Verona artists Ann and Allen Taylor are exhibiting their work in “T for Two”, a gallery show at the Gaelen Center for the Arts at JCC MetroWest.
Ann C. Taylor teaches watercolor painting classes with Road Scholar, the Livingston Arts Association and the Bloomfield Art League. She is the president of the New Jersey Watercolor Society and a past-president of the Essex Water Color Club. She is an exhibiting member of both organizations as well as the Garden State Watercolor Club and the Pastel Society of New Jersey.
Allen Taylor is an exhibiting member of the New Jersey Water Color Society and the Essex Water Color Club. He serves on its board as newsletter editor and is a participating exhibitor at the Arts Council of Livingston Gallery.
He also belongs to the Garden State Watercolor Society, West Essex Art Association, Milburn-Short Hills Arts Center and the Art Centre of New Jersey.
The Taylors have widely shown their paintings in Northern New Jersey and they have each received numerous
awards. They are trustees of the Verona Park Conservancy and contributing artists for the VPC note cards. Allen Taylor’s painting of the Verona Park bridge was selected as the art theme of the Verona Mayor’s Charity Brunch earlier this year. Additional works can be seen on AnnAndAllenTaylor.com.
The show runs every day except Saturday through the end of December at JCC MetroWest, 760 Northfield Avenue in West Orange.
