The annual open house at the Riker Hill Art Park in Livingston is next Saturday and Sunday, November 6 and 7 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. If you’ve never been up to Riker Hill, it was–somewhat bizarrely–a missile base in the 1950s before being bought by Essex County 30 years ago for just $1 and turned into artists’ studios. For the Fine and Decorative Arts Open House and Sale, you can tour the studios, and see a gallery exhibition, demonstrations, and artwork for sale. [mappress mapid=”177″]
