Dog-Walk Fundraiser

Share post:

If you walk your dog in Verona Park, you can do so for a good cause on Sunday October 24. That’s the day for “October Tails“, Saint Barnabas Hospice and Palliative Care Center’s annual Halloween-themed dog-walk fundraiser. The walk is sponsored this year by Animal Emergency and Referral Associates of Fairfield and the Animal Eye Center of Little Falls. Proceeds will fund Paws for Patients, a canine therapy program for hospice patients and their families.

The walk will be held from 1 to 4:30 p.m., and the rain date is Saturday, October 30. For more information, call 973-322-4792 or visit the event’s Web site.
