The Essex County Environmental Center is sponsoring a Friday morning yoga series designed around poses inspired by things found in nature. You can sign up for the Autumn Yoga Series in full or by the class and all skill levels are welcome. The cost is $10 per class and advance registration is required. The classes will be held October 8, 15, 22 & 29 at 9:30 a.m.at the Environmental Center, which is located at 621B Eagle Rock Avenue in Roseland.
