This is a different kind of workshop: The Essex County Environmental Center in Roseland is holding class to teach kids ages 10 and up how to make a facial cleanser from strawberries. The “Summer Strawberry Skin” class will also teach participants about the healing power of antioxidants, and why Mom and Dad are right about eating fruits and veggies!
