Lots of yoga poses are named for things in nature so it makes eminent sense that the Essex County Environmental Center in Roseland would offer a yoga program this summer.

The program is aimed at adult beginners, but all levels are welcome. You can take all four classes in the series–July 24 and 31; August 6 and 13–or just one class since the program is priced at $8 per class. Advance registration is required, so call 973-228-8776 to register, and bring your own mat. The class begins at 9:30 a.m.
