Sorry to rush your summer, but the Verona-based Italian American service organization UNICO is seeking sponsors for its annual 5K race in Verona Park on Labor Day.

There are four levels of sponsorship for the race, which will be held for the 28th time this September. They range from a simple sponsor at $250 to a presenting sponsor, which costs $1,500. The monies collected through the sponsorships go almost entirely to scholarships and charities.

For more information, contact event co-chairman Santi Condorelli at 973-239-7976.
