This is the last call for tickets to the retirement dinner in honor of Forest Avenue School principal and long-time Verona educator Tom Valente.

A dinner in Valente’s honor is being held on Wednesday, June 30 at the Villa at Mountain Lakes, beginning with cocktails at 7 p.m. The cost is $65 per person, which includes music and dancing (naturally, of course) and a buffet dinner.

If you want to attend, you need to RSVP immediately to Linda Barone at VHS or Debbie Lawrence Forest. Send check or money order made out to cash to Barone at 19 Livingston Ave., Kearny, NJ 07032 or drop it off at Verona High School, 151 Fairview Ave., Verona.
