Ariane Duarte's Grilled Asian Chicken

The weather is going to be sunny and warm this Father’s Day weekend. That should make it just right for a grilled chicken recipe that recently appeared on DinnerTool, a Web site that Ariane Duarte writes for Proctor & Gamble when she’s not cooking at CulinAriane, the Montclair restaurant that she runs with her husband Michael.

The chicken is served with rice flavored with cilantro and ginger, and though there’s a lot of ginger in both parts of the meal, it’s not overwhelming. You can find the recipe for Grilled Asian Chicken with Ginger Cilantro Rice by clicking here. Ariane also has a very helpful video on the site’s home page about how to shop for the freshest fish and shellfish at the supermarket.
