If the Passaic River doesn’t make you think of serene nature maybe you need to try the Essex County Environmental Center‘s “Sunset Paddle” on Tuesday, June 8, at 6 p.m. For $15 per person, the center will help you explore the Passaic and its wildlife by canoe. All equipment is included, but the center says you should have some previous experience paddling. You’ve got to register in advance by calling 973-228-8776.
