Kids will get a chance to explore Verona Park’s birds, flowers and lake creatures in a special walk on Tuesday morning.

The New Jersey Audubon Society is calling it a “Wonder Walk” and says it is appropriate for children age 18 months to 5 years who are accompanied by their parent or caregiver and who are walking or in a carrier. The cost is $5 for NJAS members and $7 for non-members and pre-registration is required by calling Kelly Wenzel at 973-226-6082 for more information and to register. The walk meets at the sundial in the Garden Eden Children’s Garden at 10 a.m.
