If you live by your laptop, plan on packing it when you head to Verona Pool this summer.

The Town Council announced at Monday night’s meeting that Verona Pool (already the coolest pool in Essex County) will now have Wi-Fi as well. You may, however, be competing for table space a bit more than last year. As of April 30, membership is up by about 50 families from last year. If you didn’t yet sign up, you can still do so by paying a $20 late fee on top of the membership fees. They are unchanged from last year and you can get all the information here.

And finally, the pool parking lot should be paved by Friday.
