Chef Ariane Duarte of CulinAriane has put up a new recipe on her DinnerTool blog, and it’s a tribute to all things Spring.

Duarte says she concocted the dish, Farro Ragu with Sweet Potato and Chickpea Salad with Artichokes, Morels and Spring Onions, for a friend who is a vegetarian. The recipe is not all that complicated, but if you have trouble finding farro, head to a food store owned by two other Verona residents: Mia Famiglia in Millburn. Sharon and Manny Licitra stock the whole grain and other Italian specialty items.
