You’ve been to Turtle Back Zoo during the day, but what about at night?

This Friday, zoo officials will give guided tours of some of their more than 80 different species animals beginning at 8 p.m. The one-hour tour costs just $7 per person and you’re encouraged to bring along a flashlight to capture all the action. If you want to participate in “Night Moves” you’ve got to call 973-731-5800, ext. 223, to register because space is limited.

Turtle Back Zoo is open 10 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. from Monday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday. Regular admission is $9 for adults and $6 for kids and seniors, and children under 2 are free. Family memberships are $75 for one year or $90 for a family plus caregiver. Memberships include unlimited admission for 2 adults and up to four children, and a host of other benefits.
