Terry Dean Kicks Off VHS Golf Season

A Verona golf legend gave a memorable start to the 2010 season for the Verona High School golf team.

At the Montclair Golf Club on Tuesday, April 6, Terry Dean, a member of Verona’s 1942 state championship team, drove the first ball for the current team’s opening match. Dean’s family was on had to enjoy the moment, as was Verona High School Athletic Director Gary Farishian. Here’s a video of the key moment.
