Do you have a budding baker in your house? Then you might want to take look at a new 4-H class to be held next week at the Essex County Environmental Center in Roseland.

“Baker’s Delight” is geared for children ages 7 to 12, and will teach kids about reading recipes, basic steps in baking and how to measure ingredients–and leave the kids with something to take home for the whole family to taste.

The class meets Tuesday, April 6, at 5:30 p.m. in Garibaldi Hall, which is the older of the two big buildings at the Environmental Center. The cost is $15 per person and advance registration is required. For information, call 973-353-1338.[mappress]
