Take the first step in becoming a more peaceful parent on Sunday, April 11, when Verona parents can enjoy an hour of relaxation and meditation at Yoga Montclair for a reduced price of $15. The event,  sponsored by the Verona nonprofit C.H.I.L.D. (Children Having Individual Learning Differences) is from 2 to 3 p.m. at  in this Anusara-style hatha yoga studio in the heart of Upper Montclair.  “This is a special session for parents who need a little break and some recharging,” says Nancy Romanyshyn, Co-Chairperson of C.H.I.L.D. “Relax and take a little time for yourself!” Please bring cash or check.[mappress]
