MyVeronaNJ-ObituaryMrs. Anna M. Cielecki, 95, died on Wednesday March 17, 2010 at her home in Verona.

A Funeral Mass will be offered in Our Lady of the Lake Church, Verona on Saturday March 20 at 9:30 a.m.

Visiting in the Prout Funeral Home, 370 Bloomfield Ave., Verona on Friday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

Born in Montclair, Mrs. Cielecki moved to Verona 63 years ago.

She is the wife of the late Joseph W. Cielecki, the mother of Joanna Collins, Walter Cielecki, Linda Marion, Joseph Cielecki, Diane Mentus, Mary Anne Knoeller and the late Carol Cielecki.

Mrs. Cielecki is the sister of John Marion, Edward Marion, Rose Smith, Grace Norton, the late Patricia Melia, the late Alice deRaismes and is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorial donations to Operation Smile, 6435 Tidewater Drive, Norfolk, VA 23509 would be appreciated.

Kathleen E. Onofrietti

Mrs. Kathleen E. Onofrietti, 60, died on Tuesday March 16, 2010 in Glen Ridge.

Services will be held in the Prout Funeral Home, 370 Bloomfield Ave., Verona on Friday at 6:30 p.m. Visiting on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m.

Born in Newark, Mrs. Onofrietti was a lifelong resident of Verona and a 1967 graduate of Verona High School. For the past 23 years she has worked in the Financial Aid Office at Montclair State University.

She is the mother of Michael J. Onofrietti and his wife Nicole and Stephen W. Onofrietti and his wife Monica. Mrs. Onofrietti is also survived by her grandchildren Anthony Onofrietti and Kevin Gonzalez.

Memorial donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
