MyVeronaNJ-Mayors-Charity-BallThe 17th annual Verona Mayor’s Charity Affair is coming up in May and chairperson Rosanne Bornstein has begun to sell ads in the event’s booster journal.

The PDF form for the display ads can be found here. The Word document form for short, text-only messages is here.

The honorees at this year’s event will be former town council member Santi Condorelli, real estate and scout leader Steve Janett, unofficial Verona historian and Hilltop conservation advocate Kurt Landsberger, special education advocate C.H.I.L.D., Investors Savings Bank and the Verona Environmental Commission. The Charity Affair will be a brunch this year instead of a dinner and will be held on Sunday, May 23 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Mayfair Farms, 481 Eagle Rock Avenue in West Orange. The cost of the brunch is $75 per person, and tickets will be available soon.

The Mayor’s Charity Affair raises funds that are to be donated to Verona organizations and programs that reach all residents. The recipients are determined by the mayor and her committee. For more information on reservations or questions about advertising, e-mail Rosanne Bornstein.
