That ugly auto repair shop at the corner of Bloomfield Avenue and South Prospect Street is gone for good, replaced by the new incarnation of Frank Anthony’s. Owner Anthony Tortoriello is opening the doors today for what we in the publishing trade call a soft launch, with a grand opening scheduled for later this month. There will be all the deli sandwiches you enjoyed at Frank Anthony’s old Grove Street location, plus pizza, a BYO  restaurant with big-screen TV and a coffee bar.
